Join Krystal & Danielle for a sacred afternoon retreat on the nourishing land of Soiul Wellness..a sanctuary held by the quiet strength of nature and the wisdom of the earth. The Radiant Feminine Retreat is an invitation for women to slow down, soften, and return to the natural rhythms that reflect our true feminine essence. Together, we will reconnect with the voice of the woman you were before the demands of the world hardened the shell around your heart. This gathering is not about rejecting or dishonouring the paths we’ve walked or the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves. Instead, it is a remembering..a tender homecoming. A gentle whisper to your soul, reminding you she has always been here, waiting for you.
Meet your hosts
Krystal Kokoszka (C-IAYT Yoga Therapist)
With over 15 years of personal & professional experience, Krystal helps high-achieving, stressed, and anxious women slow down, breathe deeply, and feel safe in their own bodies. She specializes in nervous system healing, guiding women through yoga Nidra, somatic practices, and nature-inspired rest to release tension and reconnect to inner calm.
Danielle Jovic
Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Energy Medicine Specialist. Through Reiki, intuitive healing, and holistic wellness practices, Dani creates nurturing spaces where women can rest, replenish, and reconnect with their inner radiance.

We begin in sacred circle, where you’ll be gently welcomed into the space. This is where you’ll place your offering — a flower, stone, candle, or other symbolic gift — into the heart of our gathering. Together, we’ll set intentions, share presence, and open our hearts to the magic of the day ahead.

Through slow, mindful movement and somatic awareness, you’ll be guided back into your body — releasing tension, awakening vitality, and reconnecting with your breath as your anchor.

Melt into the warmth of the sauna, then refresh with a cool shower in the A-frame cabin followed by cool lavender infused cloths. Between these rituals, wander the lavender fields, touch the earth, and soak in the serenity of nature’s medicine.

Pause to delight your senses with nourishing bites and soul-soothing tea. Every sip and taste is an invitation to ground, replenish, and savour the sweetness of stillness.

Be carried by waves of sound, vibration, and gentle Reiki as you enter a deep state of rest. This immersive journey allows your nervous system to unwind and your energy to realign in harmony.
