Details: Starting with a 30-min gentle yoga flow. Bring your yoga mat! We will practice on the grass. Then we plunge.
Suggested to bring: 2 towels, extra warm clothing, gloves, toque, warm tea for afterward. Please wear appropriate footwear to walk to destination.
Neoprene booties off Amazon are great to keep the feet warm so you can stay in the water longer! Plus they are nice to wear if we are plunging anywhere rocky/uncomfortable with bare feet.

LOCATION: Hayward Lake Reservoir Mission, BC
Details: Starting with a light forest walk & meditation - followed by breath-work before getting into the water.
Suggested to bring: 2 towels, extra warm clothing, gloves, toque, warm tea for afterward. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing to hike in.
Please note* If you are more than 5-10 minutes late & there is no form of communication, we will head to plunge.
