During our time together, Krystal and Abby will welcome a Reiki healer to join us at Loon Lake Lodge, offering their own unique gift to hold and support our group’s journey. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy-healing practice that works to balance the body’s energy, clear emotional blockages, and promote deep relaxation and renewal. Through light, intentional touch or simply working within your energy field, our Reiki guide will help you release what no longer serves, inviting in harmony, clarity, and a sense of peaceful expansion.
