Each day at the retreat, led by Krystal and Abby, begins in the soft glow of sunrise with energizing vinyasa flows to awaken your body, build gentle heat, and spark vitality, woven with breathwork and guided journaling to set clear intentions for the day ahead. As evening falls and the lake settles into stillness, we’ll transition into deeply restorative practices..gentle yin, supported postures, soothing yoga Nidra, and immersive sound healing, to release tension, calm the mind, and prepare you for a deeply restful, nourishing sleep.
-
Tucked deep in the forest, Loon Lake Lodge is a hidden sanctuary where towering evergreens meet the still, glassy waters of the lake. This peaceful retreat centre offers a rare sense of seclusion and connection to nature, inviting you to slow down and breathe deeply. One of its newest treasures is the cedar sauna overlooking the water, an inviting haven of warmth where you can unwind while gazing out at the serene, tree-lined shore. Just steps away, the option of a refreshing plunge in the lake creates a rejuvenating cycle of heat and cool, leaving you feeling both grounded and renewed.
-
For Seeds of Renewal, our 3-day retreat at Loon Lake Lodge, we’ll begin with a sacred Opening Circle; a heartfelt gathering to ground us in intention, connection, and presence. Together, we’ll create a safe, welcoming space where every voice is honored. Guided by Krystal and Abby, we’ll open with breathwork and gentle movement to arrive fully in our bodies, followed by a land acknowledgment to honor the Coast Salish peoples, the ancestors, and the spirits of this land. We may invite a simple offering such as placing a natural object or a written intention into a shared centre piece, to symbolize the seeds we are planting for personal renewal. Through meditation, mindful listening, and a shared blessing, this circle will weave us together as a community, setting the tone for the deep rest, healing, and transformation to come.
-
At Loon Lake Lodge, we’ll wander together along serene forest trails, surrounded by towering evergreens and the gentle song of the lake. Our walk will be a moving meditation, each step an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and feel the grounding presence of the earth beneath us. In a quiet clearing, we’ll pause for a guided meditation, breathing in the fresh cedar-scented air, letting nature hold us as we connect with its wisdom and our own inner stillness.
-
During our time together, Krystal and Abby will welcome a Reiki healer to join us at Loon Lake Lodge, offering their own unique gift to hold and support our group’s journey. Reiki is a gentle yet powerful Japanese energy-healing practice that works to balance the body’s energy, clear emotional blockages, and promote deep relaxation and renewal. Through light, intentional touch or simply working within your energy field, our Reiki guide will help you release what no longer serves, inviting in harmony, clarity, and a sense of peaceful expansion. This shared experience will be a sacred moment of receiving, allowing each of us to be held in the quiet magic of universal life force energy.
-
As an extra touch to make your retreat experience even more special, each guest will receive a thoughtfully curated gift bag valued at over $200, filled with goodies from local, small businesses.
