First Light of Summer ꥟ June 19th 6-10pm
Join Krystal in honour of the Summer Solstice..a sacred turning point and the longest day of the year for an experience of expansion, clarity, and renewal. This potent moment of light invites you to step fully into your energy, to honour what has been growing within you, and to gently release what no longer belongs as you cross into a new season.
Through yoga, meditation, heat, cold, breath, and rest, we gather in intention and community to align with the fullness of the sun and the openness of summer.
An intimate, soul-led experience. Limited spots available. View more photos of this luxurious space nestled in nature below.

As you arrive, we’ll gently land together, attuning to the energy of the Summer Solstice..a time of peak light, expansion, and seasonal transition. Together, we’ll explore how to move with this energy, both on the mat and in your life.
We’ll begin with grounding, cooling breathwork to balance the heat of the season, followed by a slow, heart-opening practice to create space and ease within expansion. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditation, allowing the solstice energy to integrate.
Afterward, we’ll gather for light refreshments before transitioning into the renewal experience..optional sauna and cold plunge, moving intuitively at your own pace, with space to rest, soften, and receive.
This is a space to honour the fullness of the season without overwhelm—to open, ground, and step into summer feeling nourished, clear, and connected.
A cozy, soul-nourishing evening awaits.
