Nourish your body with fresh, locally sourced vegetarian meals, served buffet-style and designed to support your energy, digestion, and overall well-being. Meals are enjoyed across two intimate on-site restaurants, Blue47 and Seaside, offering a diverse and nourishing dining experience. Krystal will provide a full retreat itinerary closer to the retreat dates, including the length and focus of each practice. You can expect morning yoga to gently awaken the body, open the breath, and set an energized, mindful tone for the day, while evening sessions are designed to slow down, restore the nervous system, and prepare you for a cozy, restorative sleep.

Throughout the week, Krystal’s guidance invites curiosity, self-reflection, and exploration of personal transformation as it naturally unfolds within the group experience. All yoga props are provided on site ..mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and cushions — ensuring you’re fully supported and comfortable in every practice.

Opening Ceremony

Closing Ceremony

We close our week with a celebratory and grounding circle, reflecting on insights, honouring growth, and releasing what no longer serves you. Through meditation, movement, and gratitude, you’ll leave carrying the energy of the retreat and your intentions into your life and your SOL.

Surrender to the vibrations, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and allow the sounds to restore your mind, body, and spirit.

Venture into the lush Costa Rican jungle on horseback, surrounded by the sounds of birdsong and the gentle rustle of leaves. Together as a group, we’ll ride along winding trails, cross sparkling streams, and arrive at a hidden waterfall .. a serene oasis perfect for pausing, soaking in nature, and feeling fully present. This is a magical way to connect with the land, the animals, and each other.

Experience the rich tradition of cacao, a plant medicine used for centuries in Central and South America to open the heart and deepen connection. This warm, ceremonial drink is known for its gentle, uplifting effects on the mind and body, supporting emotional clarity, relaxation, and presence. A cacao ceremony is a beautiful way to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and set intentions in a mindful, heart-centered space.

Thoughtful, practical, and a little bit magical..these goodies are designed to make you feel celebrated, nourished, and fully ready for the journey ahead.

For this retreat, we are providing a group shuttle from Liberia Airport (LIR) to Playa Azul on February 4th, 2027 at an arranged time, and a return shuttle from Playa Azul to Liberia Airport on February 10th, 2027 at an arranged time. We will do our best to organize rides so the group can travel together.

If you would like to arrive earlier, depart later, or make different travel arrangements, that is entirely up to you, but the shuttle will only run for the group on the dates listed above. Krystal will need your flight details and arrival times closer to the retreat in order to coordinate the shuttle. If you do not need the shuttle, please let her know so we can plan accordingly.

The drive from Liberia Airport to Playa Azul takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Alternatively, you may choose to fly into Nosara Airport (NOB) and take a short taxi to the venue (about 20 minutes). Please note that domestic flights may have limited availability and variable schedules.

Regardless of your travel plans, we kindly ask that you arrive in time for check-in at 3:00 PM on February 4th and depart after check-out at 12:00 PM on February 10th.
