Enjoy nourishing meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, designed to support your energy and well-being. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted with balanced proteins, vegetables, and whole foods, inspired by flavours from around the world. Meals are served in the resort’s two intimate restaurants, Blue47 and Seaside. We can accommodate dietary preferences and allergies.

Krystal will share the full retreat schedule closer to the dates, but you can expect practices that gently awaken the body in the morning and soothe the nervous system in the evening. Each session is woven with the elements of fire, water, air, space, and earth, helping you feel grounded, present, and ready for the day.

Throughout the week, Krystal guides you toward self-reflection, curiosity, and quiet transformation, allowing the insights to settle into your body and carry forward long after the retreat ends. All yoga props are provided on site to support your practice.

Opening Ceremony

Begin your retreat with a brief yet powerful ceremony to honour the land, the ocean, and each other. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and intention-setting, you’ll connect with yourself and the group, opening your heart and mind to curiosity, reflection, and transformation.

Closing Ceremony

We close our week with a celebratory and grounding circle, reflecting on insights, honouring growth, and releasing what no longer serves you. Through meditation, movement, and gratitude, you’ll leave carrying the energy of the retreat and your intentions into your life and your SOL

Krystal will guide you through a restorative journey of sound and vibration, using crystal bowls, chimes, and healing frequencies to release tension and calm the nervous system. This practice supports emotional balance, mental clarity, and renewed energy, creating space for reflection, inner peace, and transformation. Surrender to the vibrations, reconnect with your natural rhythm, and allow the sounds to restore your mind, body, and spirit.

Venture into the lush Costa Rican jungle on horseback, surrounded by the sounds of birdsong and the gentle rustle of leaves. Together as a group, we’ll ride along winding trails, cross sparkling streams, and arrive at a hidden waterfall .. a serene oasis perfect for pausing, soaking in nature, and feeling fully present. This is a magical way to connect with the land, the animals, and each other.

Experience the rich tradition of cacao, a plant medicine used for centuries in Central and South America to open the heart and deepen connection. This warm, ceremonial drink is known for its gentle, uplifting effects on the mind and body, supporting emotional clarity, relaxation, and presence. A cacao ceremony is a beautiful way to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and set intentions in a mindful, heart-centered space.

Thoughtful, practical, and a little bit magical..these goodies are designed to make you feel celebrated, nourished, and fully ready for the journey ahead.

For this retreat, we are providing a group shuttle from Liberia Airport (LIR) to Playa Azul on February 4th, 2027 at an arranged time, and a return shuttle from Playa Azul to Liberia Airport on February 10th, 2027 at an arranged time. We will do our best to organize rides so the group can travel together.

If you would like to arrive earlier, depart later, or make different travel arrangements, that is entirely up to you, but the shuttle will only run for the group on the dates listed above. Krystal will need your flight details and arrival times closer to the retreat in order to coordinate the shuttle. If you do not need the shuttle, please let her know so we can plan accordingly.

The drive from Liberia Airport to Playa Azul takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on traffic and road conditions. Alternatively, you may choose to fly into Nosara Airport (NOB) and take a short taxi to the venue (about 20 minutes). Please note that domestic flights may have limited availability and variable schedules.

Regardless of your travel plans, we kindly ask that you arrive in time for check-in at 3:00 PM on February 4th and depart after check-out at 12:00 PM on February 10th.
