Sol Retreats Presents: The Art of Grounding.
A Day of Yoga, Nature, & Deep Rest
September 19, 2026 | 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM @ Soiul Wellness Chilliwack
As summer softens and autumn approaches, join us for a day of slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and returning to yourself through grounding yoga, breath-work, wandering the lavender fields, taking in the mountain views, reflective journaling, and deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.
Only 11 spaces available.
I know summer can be an expensive season, so to make this retreat a little more accessible, you can choose the payment option that feels best for you. Only a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure your spot before Sept 1st. If you’d prefer to arrange your remaining payment differently, please reach out to me. I’m happy to work with you where I can.
About SOL Retreats & Why This Day Retreat Is Extra Special
SOL Retreats was created by Krystal Kokoszka as a way to help people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of nature.
In her yoga therapy work, Krystal often draws upon the elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space..to help clients better understand and support their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The Art of Grounding is one of the VERY first experiences inspired by one of SOL Retreats foundations: a full day dedicated to exploring the Earth element and how it can support greater stability, presence, resilience, and connection.
Together, we'll explore how movement, breath, rest, reflection, and nature can help cultivate a grounded nervous system and a deeper sense of steadiness from within.
As we prepare to enter a new season, we'll also create space for guided journaling and self-inquiry, allowing you to reflect on where you are, what you're ready to release, and what you'd like to carry forward into autumn.
